I've uninstalled Synapse, restarted the pc, before Windows could start up I unplugged the mouse. I've had the mouse for a few months and I've never faced this issue. So far nothing has worked.īefore formatting Windows 7, I had the same issue but only very recently (I'd say in the last 2 weeks). I've already tryed uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse, repairing Synapse and different usb ports. When I open Synapse, it says "please connect a razer synapse 2.0 enabled device". So, when right clicking the tray icon, it shows my mouse with an arrow that should open a submenu (with the profiles), but when I do click it, the arrow disappears and no submenu opens. When Synapse is installed, the mouse still works and it looks as if my profile settings are actually being applied, because when I right click the tray icon, it shows my mouse. My mouse (Razer Deathadder 2013) is recognized by Windows in all the usb ports.

Install it from AUR blackwidowcontrol AUR
There are two commands you can use, one for the command line tool razercfg or the Qt-based GUI tool qrazercfg.įrom the tool you can use the 5 profiles, change the DPI, change mouse frequency, enable and disable the scroll and logo lights and configure the buttons.
